Legacy Real Estate Group, Inc. is a locally owned family business run by William A. Silva. Mr. Silva is a fourth-generation Monterey County resident.  For more than 30 years, he and his wife have lived on the Monterey Peninsula, where they have raised their family.  He has extensive experience in all areas of real estate, including a background in urban planning, real estate development, subdividing, home building, property management, and asset management. He has a bachelor’s degree from Duke University in Public Policy Studies, Comparative Area Studies, and Spanish and a master’s degree from University of Southern California in Urban Planning.  He has built more than 750 homes, developed more than 2,500 residential units, and sold more than 1,000 properties, all in Monterey County.
